Growing: Marketing Strategy Development & Planning Case Study

With market demand increasing substantially in Western Canada, we conducted an extensive customer survey to fully understand customer product and service needs and what ‘wowed’ customers.  When the customer research was completed, the client could clearly see where they were excelling, where they could improve and how they stack up against the competition.  In order to increase market share, we went on to build a 3 Marketing Strategic Framework & Marketing & Sales Action Plan to outline their marketing strategy as to how they plan to offer new products to existing customers and how they plan to secure new customers.  An execution ready, Marketing & Sales Action Plan outlined their step by step marketing & sales activities for each month to ensure that the company has a road to increased profitability map to meet their goals for this time next year, and, in 3 year time.
