Exiting: Strategic Framework for Exit Case Study

Working with a micro business with 20 years expertise in their field, we built a 10 Year Strategic Framework to identify the major milestones that needed to be reached each year 10 years time.  The Strategic Framework for Exit identified the major milestones in terms of revenue results, short term sustainability, long term sustainability, personal & business net worth, & social/family activities and events – marriages of children, birth of grandchildren, spouse retirement, etc.  This Strategic Framework for Exit helped the client estimate exactly what revenues/equity need to be for sale purposes,  determine training of staff for succession purposes, and, took into account health/family concerns and decisions.
